Peronalised Pin Badges
Specially Made Pin Badges
Production
We have our own design team to produce the best quality pin badges inhouse, at our local studio . For specific requirements we also work along side multiple companies to make sure that you have all the options avialable. These are our most popular materials used in our pin badges:
- Soft Enamel – Soft enamel pin badges have the enamel placed in the recess of the stamped badge and when baked it leaves a nice dip which raises the metal above the enamel. This leaves the badge with a dimentional look, whereas hard enamel badges have a smooth surface.
2. Hard Enamel – Hard enamel pins (also known as cloisonné pins) have a smooth and flat surface meaning you won’t be able to feel the ridges like soft enamel pins. Hard enamel badges may be more suited to you if you prefer a more smooth and polished look.
3. Printed – Printed badges are full colour badges, which are often created when the detail is too complicated for enamel badges. A clear epoxy coating is added to the surface to help protect the print. Our printed badges are available in stainless steel or brass bases, with or without metal borders. They are typically around 1mm thick, making them thinner than enamel badges, but still retaining high quality.
Send us your artwork/images to [email protected]. We will charge you a set-up fee of £25.00 for creating a design (mock-up) and digitisation . We will then send the final design back to you for your approval. We will change the design as much as neccessary till you are satisfied
Once you are happy and approve our design, we will then create an invoice for you to pay in advance. Once the invoice is cleared, we will proceed with the production. Our lead time is up to 6 weeks depending on the quantity and type of pin badge.
We will post your badges as soon as we finish producing all of them. Or you can collect it in person from our store.
If in doubt please email or phone us to clear any confusion.
