Step 3: Printing & Finish

Once the alteration process is complete, we will have your final design ready to be replicated into the real thing. After they have been printed (using the methods listed below) and quality checked the final products are then hand finished, packaged and then delviered or picked up by yourselves.

Vinyl

Vinyl, which is a kind of organic compound, is more clearly a type of PVC. Printed vinyl graphics are ideal for creating multi-coloured signs, displays, retail signage, outdoor signs, graphics and large stickers, all with a strong self-adhesive backing. They will stick to almost all smooth, flat surfaces meaning they are perfect for sport shirts that will be worn in all weather conditions.

Laser Transfer Printing

Laser Image Transfer (LIT) uses a slightly enhanced colour laser printer to transfer images onto special transfer media. The laser toner itself creates the colour image so no special inks or ‘extras’ are needed. The transfer sheet is then heat-pressed onto almost any ‘regular’ workshop material to create a crisp, permanent image that reproduces all the colour and vibrancy of the original.

Sumblimation Printing

Sublimation printing is a popular method of printing which aims at transferring a design from sublimation paper onto a piece of fabric or material by using pressure and heat (between 350 – 400 degrees). The quality of the designs produced through sublimation printing tends to be a lot better than other forms of printing. The print that is produced by sublimation will not fade or peel, unlike other designs that are printed. This is because the ink is absorbed, rather than remaining as a layer on top of the fabric. This means that you can wash the item of clothing as many times as you want without having to worry.
